If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. 

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” or “Rainbow Tears” in this Agreement) refers to Nanjing Return Nordesa Network Technology Co., Ltd.,  Nanjing, China.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

Returns Policy

Rainbow Tears accepts returns on eligible full-priced items within thirty (30) days from the date that the item was delivered to you. Rainbow Tears accepts returns on eligible reduced-price (or “sale”) items within thirty (30) days from the date that the item was delivered to you. 

We will not refund shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs for any returns or services are the buyer’s responsibility.

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition as when received, with all original manufacturer tags, components, and brand-original outer packaging (including boxes, bags, and seals) intact, undamaged, and unaltered.
  • If you have received complimentary items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products.
  • Within 30 days from the date of delivery.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Items without their original packaging.
  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or any other item marked “Non-Returnable” are not returnable.
  • Jewelry used as body piercings including earrings
  • Gift cards can’t be returned.
  • Returns sent past the 30 day window are also not eligible for return.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

For Wrong or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty or does not match the specifications contained in your order, please email us

Upon verification, we will dispatch a replacement at no cost or process a full refund.

We may need to arrange for the damaged item to be returned for quality inspection.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Refunds

Only the buyer will be entitled to receive a refund of the purchase price. In no event will a person who has received the product as a gift (i.e. a “Gift Recipient”) be entitled to receive a refund.

Should your preferred refund method not be indicated during the Returns process, you shall be refunded by your original payment method.

After we receive and process your return, you will be issued with the appropriate refund. We aim to process refunds within 10 business days of receiving the returned package. We will send you an e-mail letting you know we have received and processed it.

After you have received the e-mail, please allow another 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account. The amount of time this takes will depend on your bank or card issuer. Unfortunately this delay is beyond our control.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, as items may sell out while the requested exchange is returned and processed. We encourage you to return the original item, and go to rainbowtears.com to purchase the correct item in a new order.

Store Credits and Gift Cards

Store credits are merchant-specific (non-cashable)
