Shipping Locations
Right now, we ship to United States, Australia, Canada, Japan, Singapore. We’d love to include your country!
Shipping to additional countries will be added gradually. Available destinations are based on the information provided here and displayed at checkout. If your country does not appear as an option at checkout, it is not currently supported as a shipping destination.
Processing and Dispatch
Our handcrafted items are created and packed with care to become a lasting part of your home. Our dedicated team processes orders and ships in full. Estimated shipping times at checkout do not include processing time. Fulfillment is usually 1-3 business days during non-peak seasons. Holidays and special sales can experience longer fulfillment windows.
Please note that during peak seasons—such as Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other major holidays—shipping times may be extended by 3 to 4 business days due to high demand.

If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check around your front door, yard, or other areas. You may also ask your family or neighbors if they have received it on your behalf.
