Store in a dry place, avoiding humid spaces, sunlight, or extreme heat in a secure bag or box.

Steps to Customize the Irregular Pendant

Send us your image or your creative ideas. Please include your registered email address. Our designer will evaluate your request. Once we confirm the design, we will send a confirmation email and the order.

Step 2: Design and Final Approval
First, please complete your payment. Then, our designers will draw your pendant pattern. We will share the design with you for confirmation. We start production only after you approve the final design.

Step 3: Manual Wax Carving
Our jewelry designers will start the manual carving process. They use carving wax to create a physical model. They carefully sculpt this piece based on your approved pattern.

Step 4: Casting and Finishing
We cast the wax model into 990 fine silver. Our team then performs professional polishing and finishing steps. This completes your unique pendant.

Timeline and Delivery
Jewelry production takes about 15 days from sketch to finish. Changes to the design may cause time fluctuations. After completion, we will pack and ship your jewelry immediately. We strive to deliver your piece as quickly as possible.
